I had a wonderful experience at this center with Dr. Maria. The training sessions were really well-structured, and I especially loved the combination of strength/weight training and yoga. Everything felt carefully planned and supportive, and I could genuinely feel a positive change in my overall health and well-being.
The best part of my journey was that I conceived within just one month of joining! I’m truly grateful for the guidance, support, and positive environment throughout my time there. I would definitely recommend aplha fitness Studio to anyone who is looking for professional guidance, fitness, and support on their journey to a healthier lifestyle. ❤️

Its one of the best fitness and martial arts club when you take in the hardwork and dedication of the coaches training here. Sir abdullah is one of the best coaches ive trained under, hes young but passionate and very good at what he does and his method of training is tried and tested. I joined for fitness boxing and saw major changes in my cardio health after just 2 to 3 months of training. The owner dr salman sabir is also one of the nicest persons ive ever met. The place has a very positive vibe because of the great people available there to train you weather it d be fitness or martial arts. They train people of all age groups, seperate classes for females, males, younglings and seniors. Highly recommended .
