Fitness, Martial Arts, Personal Training and Nutrition in Lahore
Patient, supervised movement, play and martial-arts-inspired activities for children who benefit from individual attention, routine and gentle progression.
Yes, many special children can benefit from structured physical activity when the environment is patient, safe, adaptable, and supervised. Alpha’s Special Children Program uses movement, play, fitness, and martial arts concepts in a supportive way. The goal is participation, confidence, routine, body awareness, and safe movement - not unrealistic promises or medical cure claims.
Alpha Fitness & Martial Arts Club offers a Special Children Program in Lahore for children who may need a more patient, structured, and supervised movement environment.
The program can support children with autism, ADHD, sensory needs, attention challenges, low confidence, coordination difficulty, or difficulty joining standard sports classes. The aim is not to cure or treat a diagnosis. The aim is to create a safe movement pathway where the child can participate, build trust, follow routines, and grow confidence.
For special children, the first win is not a perfect kick, perfect posture, or a full class. The first win is safe participation. Alpha’s advice is to begin with trust, routine, and manageable movement. When a child feels safe and understood, confidence and physical progress become much more realistic.

I had a wonderful experience at this center with Dr. Maria. The training sessions were really well-structured, and I especially loved the combination of strength/weight training and yoga. Everything felt carefully planned and supportive, and I could genuinely feel a positive change in my overall health and well-being. The best part of my journey was that I conceived within just one month of joining! I’m truly grateful for the guidance, support, and positive environment throughout my time there. I would definitely recommend aplha fitness Studio to anyone who is looking for professional guidance, fitness, and support on their journey to a healthier lifestyle. ❤️Posted on Google

Its one of the best fitness and martial arts club when you take in the hardwork and dedication of the coaches training here. Sir abdullah is one of the best coaches ive trained under, hes young but passionate and very good at what he does and his method of training is tried and tested. I joined for fitness boxing and saw major changes in my cardio health after just 2 to 3 months of training. The owner dr salman sabir is also one of the nicest persons ive ever met. The place has a very positive vibe because of the great people available there to train you weather it d be fitness or martial arts. They train people of all age groups, seperate classes for females, males, younglings and seniors. Highly recommended .Posted on Google
